    Wow, congrats ! The Tour of Napa Valley was today, beautiful weather... one day I'll do the full century (we did the easy 30 miler today with a stop at the outlet shops 'o course)

    Now stop with that "my average was 13.7 mph, a snail's pace". You did bleeping hundred miles ! Good for you and power to ya. As Kalidurga says, inspirational for those of us a bit behind 60.

    Good job! Having done my first century last month at the same average speed, and being 10 years younger than you are, I agree with the others--quit it with the badmouthing yourself! You did it, and you did great!
