And I was just telling PP how you have to look behind the "news" on the internet to who published it, funded it, etc.

However, I have to admit they're certainly right. On the days when I do the 5 shotter instead of the 4 shotter I feel no pain at all. There are some occasional hand tremors.....

Sweet validation, baby! YESSSSS! But I'm left with the lingering question of how much is overboard. Hmm....guess I'll just have to experiment frequently. Darn.

Give Bubba a hug for me, eh SK?

Naw I don't mind, SK. You can claim the kiss, I'll keep the hug. Call it sharing the joy of a good caffeine overload.

HA! Snap....omg that's too funny! I'll have to try out that link again later...looks like their server may be down.

    Now where's my Starbucks card.....

Being the wimp I am I could definitely use this but I hate Coffee.

What is a non-drinking coffee wimp to do??
The most effective way to do it, is to do it.

Drink lots of tea. You'll be stopping to pee at the side of the road much more often, but hey -- no sore muscles, right?

But what about chocolate? I don't see that on the list! How much chocolate would it take? Of course, I'd have to eat it before I ride or I'd end up with some really messy jersey pockets if I tried to take it along.
I imagine you'd have to eat A LOT of chocolate to get that much caffeine, but I could handle that!
If you can read this, take a pull.
