DH pondered getting a Jittery Joe's jersey at the CSC Invitational recently. I was surprised, b/c he usually wears only Bike Place jerseys. I think he just liked that it was a coffee product, and he's a bit of a caffeine junky! Unfortunately (?) - they didn't take plastic, and we had no cash. So...no jersey, and DH will continue to fly the flag only for our LBS.
Uh.....no he can't ride like he means it.

Y'know...that jersey can be had online Peet's also has a jersey if DH is into coffees.

If you like the bike, go for it. I used to have this frame http://archive.giant-bicycles.com/us...04&model=10953
and I loved it. I wish I still had it(UPS lost it), but I didn't care that it said t-mobile on it. I actually had some really cool comments on it, because you don't see many of them around, it is a unique bike.

If you like the bike, go for it! Don't let what others say about the logo change what you like the feel of. Right now, it is important to get the best bike for your money that you feel good on.

oh, teawoman, not cheesy at all! i see giants in pink t-mobile regalia, and plenty of discovery bikes and even uspostal bikes. there's a specialized at my lbs right now with gerolsteiner colors/decals. i dont know if they have a quickstep, that would be cool. anyway, go for it. everything's cheesy to somebody, but just as many will like it as not. i like it, others hate it. we're a big ol' diverse world! dont pass it up!

I have seen the gerolsteiner, the ex fiance's store(he works at his LBS) had one.
And along those lines, last weekend at the crits there was a guy with a liquigas bike.
And I second seeing the pink t-mobile bikes, so why not be different and get the white?

I know this guy who rides the Discovery Channel emblazoned Trek. He's such a jerk (independent of the bike he rides), he's so awful I can't even begin to tell you. This was the conversation we had about his bike when he was trying to impress me:

Him: "Oh, I ride too, a Trek. The Discovery Channel special Trek."

    Me: "That's nice."

Him: "And I rode 30 miles on it the other day."

Me: "Dude, my 60 year old mom rode 30 miles the other day...on a hybrid."

For once it shut him up. Best part was, it was totally true about my mom!

Oh I believe it, but he couldn't. Yet another reason he's a jerk.

The only time I think it is cheesy is when it is someone who tries to act like they are better than others and then get dropped. If they have an attitude and are getting dropped on a climb or spent after 20 miles, I laugh. Out loud.

Otherwise, I could careless. So unless you are going to have an attitude and then ride like a weenie, get it! I want a Team Jelly Belly jersey, not because I could hang with them but because I dig the Sport Beans.
