eggs on toast, sometimes with a little bacon
a delish muesli called Peaches; Light and Right, with yoghurt on it
weetbix with banana on it
banana sandwich or banana mashed on toast
sometimes one of these things is enough, sometimes I 'feel' like I should have a couple of them
I rely more on a good meal the night before - if I eat too much before a ride I just feel sick and heavy
