I am concerned about the road debris problem - it isn't like I ran over a huge branch - here (as I would imagine most places) there is a lot of crap on the road - lots of trees line the roads - no way to avoid all little sticks- I am a little freaked about that - I am also really sore and puffy today which is adding to my paranoia.
