Avoid "cold" and sweet foods. And get acupuncture.

    Is your spleen okay, Mimi?

Dang it- all the stinkin' time. When I chew gum it's worse. I always bite my cheeks when I chew gum (and when I eat, and heck- even for no apparent reason).
I always thought I was a freak-a-zoid on this issue. It's like I don't know how to chew...

I avoid cold foods, but have a bit of a problem with sweet.

My tongue isnt swollen; but I am not sure about my spleen.

Brandi, I bite my tongue, i bite my lip, i bite the sides of my mouth.
I have two wisdom teeth left. I used to have three but the biting the side of the mouth thing got so bad (I would have to extricate my cheek from between my teeth when i got up) that i had that 3rd wisdom tooth pulled.

I read this while I was eating chocolate! Apparently, I also have trouble avoiding sweet! Okay, well, it is dark chocolate sweetened with beet sugar, but still....

The Spleen is on the left side of the body behind the stomach.

I sometimes bite my lip too. Don't bite my cheek anymore - haven't got enough teeth to do that with now
There are a lot of unwanted, unloved bikes out there - go on give a bike a good home
