If you like printed bottles, what if a bunch of us sent you printed bottles from our local bike shops?

I suppose you're going to send her the recycled cycles bottle.

    That's a good idea, actually.

And Free Range Cycles with the bike-riding chicken on it.

Any other cool (not Greggs) bike shop bottles I should look out for, Mimi?

Can't think of any off hand. A local bike club had some made (SIR) and they had mount rainier on them. they were gorgeous. Raleighdon only got one and they were a limited batch. I wish i'd gotten some of those for gifts like this.

Is this an actual bike shop or something on your side of the mountains? Chicken on a bike? Sounds like something I must have! bikerHen

Free Range Cycles is a TINY bike shop, owned by a woman who loves steel bikes. www.freerangecycles.com

And Recycled Cycles is my LBS. www.recycledcycles.com

ClockworkOrange - PM me your addy, too, please. I am a very slow and disorganized person, but I'll send you a couple bottles if you want them.

What a lovely surprise, just received them, I have been poorly for the last 3 to 4 weeks, so this has put a big smile on my face.

I love the chicken on the first bottle

The second bottle I found out all about the shop on their website, really fascinating.

It's also good having one bottle slightly smaller, I can use that other times when I am not on my bike.

When I am able to get out, there will be something in the post for you, here's a clue.

Yes, my collection of US bottles are real cool.

    Cheers Knotted

    Hooray! I'm glad they arrived.

(I wasn't kidding when I said I was slooooooow and disorganized!)

I like the chicken on Free Range Cycles' bottle, too.

The next time I go to a local bike shop, I'll pick you up a bottle. There's a new shop in DC---The Bike Rack--that has a very classy logo on its bottles, so this is a good excuse for me to make a return visit sometime soon. PM me your address.
