A few weeks ago I asked Dh if he had heard anything about the verdict yet. He said they had 30 days from the time they started delierating and he predicted they'd wait until right when the Tour was starting to announce it in order draw more attention to the Tour. Looks like he predicted correctly.

On a more serious note, I've got my fingers crossed for Floyd. Though whatever verdict comes out, you know there will be an appeal from the opposite side that will continue to drag the whole thing on and on."How about if we all just try to follow these very simple rules of the road? Glad I am not the only one sitting here hitting the news page over and over...
Gives me something fun to do while drafting a letter to the presiding judge of Contra Costa County superior court about forgeries of judicial documents and legal docs by a former secretary of our firm...
Floyd's not the only victim of record tampering here.... Shockingly easy to do. She forged my name to several docs so I have to see about putting some sort of fraud alert on my state Bar #. What a PITA.

That SUCKS! I agree - quite the PITA. UGH! Good luck getting it resolved
