I logged just under 500 miles on the road (and another 700 on the trainer). I, too, split my time between swimming, biking, and running so my road miles aren't where I had hoped when I set a goal of 2500 total miles for the year (little did I know that TRIATHLON would become all consuming!). I hope to pick up the pace as I do more bike commuting and also in the fall after my triathlon schedule is done.

Can I add my 150 running miles since they were all on the road, too?

None, you just need to want a road bike.

I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...
