And yes I have been called Imelda.
These are all Sidi Dominators - size 38 and 38.5. I don't think it's just my little princess toes that feel the difference in the length of the uppers. The soles on all are marked 38.

Frends know gud humors when dey is hear it. ~ Da Crockydiles of ZZE.
Big hooves need big shoes. I have Nike Katos in size 43 (women's) and tried some Diadora Ergo Plus in 43--no dice. In Shimanos, I need a 44 so that means men's--which seem pretty narrow in Shimano, but I'm not keen on how they feel under my foot.
Any suggestions for the larger-footed? I need new shoes because I'm now switching to Crank Brothers from SPDs on my road bike, leaving the SPDs on my commuter. And even if I switch over to Crank Brothers on both bikes, the Katos are giving me blisters on the end of my big toe!! Granted, I bought them in November and it's now July, but what a pain!
