raw organic vegetarian..not a diet. it's just how THE LORD told us to eat.

Genesis 3:18 "and thou shalt eat the herb of the field"
Genesis 3:23 "Therefore THE LORD G-D sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground whence he was taken."
Genesis 4:2 " but Cain was a tiller of the ground."
