Kalidurga,
there's lots of free stuff on cycling.tv including the first hour of coverage of the giro. after the first hour you have to be a subscriber (i think its $24 a year) and you get video at 800 kbps, which is a very clear picture. the commentators anthony and brian are great.
live streaming video from races all over the world is the greatest thing since the derailleur!laurie
