Wow! That is an awesome bike average. I'm kind of in the same boat as far as wanting to improve my speed on the bike for my tri in July. Most of my rides are at least 20 miles, so I'm usually focused on conserving energy for whatever distance I'm doing. I'm also trying to tackle some hills, and the last two weekends I spent riding at elevation (shameless plug for my thread over in Adventure Stories so you tri gals can see the scenery: http://forums.teamestrogen.com/showthread.php?t=15782 ). The bike leg for my tri is 12 miles with 300 ft. of climb on the way out, so I want to start focusing on building some speed for the shorter distance. So basically, I haven't had a breakthrough yet, but I'm planning one!

Great run too, and to have that coming off such a fast bike . . . You're going to kick butt on your Oly!!!
