That's OK Snap... I can't put my favorite(s) in my bike bottle. Or can I?

Can you get a DUI on a bike? Hmmmmm... Never mind. I didn't really just think that.
    no regrets!

Just water in my camelbak. On long rides I'll take breaks for small snacks.

Actually yes you can - there was just an article yesterday in cyclingnews about someone getting arrested here in the States for "cycling under the influence". Apparently the guy was drunk and out riding his bike!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming: "Yeah Baby! What a Ride!"

    Thumbs down don't try this

I helped out on the very first session of the Academy a few weeks ago with a nasty hangover and 3 hours of sleep

I won't be doing that again anytime soon

Jobob, in order to keep your status as Role Model, we'll need to hear all the juicy details concerning how you came by that hangover and lack of sleep. We're adults here, spare nothing, we can take it.
