I'm so tired. Tired tired tired. Work makes me tired.

Rode Mitzi the butch-mobile (Kona Smoke) to work today. I'm gonna let SKnot choose which Kona he wants for his own. Hoping he'll fall in love with biking.... please please please.

I'll write a review in my New Bike thread. I'm so tired and hungry right now I can hardly type.

Spaghetti (rice noodle) cooking right now for dinner. Lots of parmesean....

Good morning all! No commute for me today as I awakened covered in a rash. My Honey has done all the laundry for the last 17 years but now that she's traveling for work every other week I've started doing it...apparently I used twice as much soap and softener as I was supposed to. So, I'm rewashing the clothes this morning and trying not to scratch.

Queen - is your rash gone? did re-washing do the trick? I sure hope so! Being itchy is one of those terribly annoying things!

Another sunny day in the Okanagan Valley! Yay!

It would be a great day to not go to work, but that is not an option! Later today we meet with our lawyer about the SSIL's lawyer's threatening letter. Lucky our lawyer is such a calm influence!

Gotta go find a picture to send out.

Happy day everyone! (You know who you all are)

    Hugs and butterflies,

LBTC - Nope, it's all over my torso now and doesn't itch anymore. I'm seeing my doc in an hour and they had to reschedule my mammogram from today to next week (oh darn ). Hopefully it's just something simple and I'll be right as rain soon.

Man, there is no-one around at 1:00 a.m. Whatchall doin'? Sleeping? Jeez...

I can't sleep. Downloaded a bunch of stuff from iTunes.

This time 14 years ago I was in labor. Weird.

    Literature and Music

I picked up from my library what looks to be a fabulous read.
Miss Zukas and the Library Murdersby Dereske, Jo.

I also keep playing the song Hallelujah sung by K.D. Lang's as well Jeff Buckley's version, since i could not decide which version I liked better.

I shall need to add that one to my "hold" list at the library.

I was meaning to tell you that because of Knot's Haiku, I finally noticed your sig line (oh yes, I am that slow at times ). Support is coming....

Thank you, save the "you rock" till after I'm done

But I'm sure somehow I'll do every mile.

I don't say it often enough but it's true, I could not do the ride without this board.

Everything I know other than the stuff you just have to get out there and pedal but everything about cycling that you can learn from others....I got right here.

You gals (and the occaisional TE guy) took me from "I just rode 10 miles wheeee!!" to "I can just do easier metric centuries" to "I can do multi day rides". What's next? Stay tuned I guess.

My first ALC day 1 was my longest ride ever, day 2 was my first true century ever What was I thinking? But I did better than I had any right to do.

The next year was really a pretty good ride for me, all but 10 miles of the 585 miles. So I'm looking forward to this.

I'm sure the same is true for a lot of us, that first Tri, first race, first bike to work ....

TE rocks. Long live TE TD

    stress echocardiogram

I get to do one of these.

Will they let me bring my Brooks saddle and Speedplay Frogs?

(if they say I have to stress on a treadmill, can I bring in Flossie instead?)

I'm reading Ray Bradbury - Farewell to Summer.

I love Jeff Buckley's version of Hallelujah. I don't think I've heard KD Lang's. Must search it out.

Go Trek Go! I'll be at tent assignment again this year.
