I'm so sorry to hear that. You are such a strong gal that I know that you were a big big help to your friend.

I do hope that you get to go on your ride.

It was a big help to me to ride again after Sam was killed.

    Done!!!

So.... Yesterdays ride was awesome! 54 miles total my sister and i and coach rode, my mom was the sag wagon and circled around to check on us and refill and my dad was the pit stops. My family rocks! I felt great, got a little jelloish feeling around about 20-25 miles got through that and was fine. It was a little weird when i drove past the ditch that i layed in that morning. theres still marks from where my pedal stuck in the ground and stayed... kinda gave me goose bumbs for sure but thats over and alls good so it was a great day!!

Kt, that is wonderful!!!!! You will have so many more miles of joyful riding! i still have flashbacks and shivers from time to time. but as I add so many more moments of joy, it makes things easier.

    Ride on!!!!!

Yippeeeeeeeee. I'm so happy for you. And yes I agree, your family rocks to support you through all this in the last year and to help you do the ride. But most of all you rock. You're one tough cookie!!
