Chatting to one of my colleagues today (a rather big chap, well over 6ft and 23 stone in weight) I remarked that I wished I could get my equally big hubby on a bike. Imagine my surprise when my colleague said he was looking for a good home for one of his bikes as he's bought a new one. It is designed to cope with over 20st as he had it made for him. All it needs is a new front wheel and it's free to good home

Hubby popped into the office (we work for the same firm) so I asked him. He said, "Well, I suppose, umm, (reluctant) yes" so we've just to arrange to pick it up and make the repair.

That's the easy part. The hard part is now going to be to actually get him to ride it.

Still.

Stage One. Gotcha!!!! (got a bike now - no excuse heh-heh).

Stage Two. Watch this space
