I do so want to hear that chocolate milk is the perfect recovery drink - yum![]()
I either do a yogurt smoothie that comes in a bottle (anything involving the blender is too complex after riding for me) or chocolate milk made with skim milk, with a pinch of salt.
After this weekend's century ride (my first) I downed my las Gu Gel after I finished and it seemed to make a really big difference - no muscle aches or twitches to report at all. I was very happily surprised.
