    i really like isopure.
it says that 2 scoops is a serving, but that is 50 grams and your body can't handle that much at once, so i use one scoop.

it has a good taste(right now i have the peach mango flavor), it disvolves really easily in water, and is 100% whey protein.

    yogurt smoothies are nice.

Throw some plain yogurt and frozen fruit and milk (and sugar if you want it) into a blender and buzz it.

Sometimes I add a blob of tofu if I want a little extra oomph.

Rock on! That's my favorite post-workout drink as well, at least when it's warm out. I add a shot of honey to sweeten it.

    Yeah chocolate milk!

I do so want to hear that chocolate milk is the perfect recovery drink - yum

I either do a yogurt smoothie that comes in a bottle (anything involving the blender is too complex after riding for me) or chocolate milk made with skim milk, with a pinch of salt.

After this weekend's century ride (my first ) I downed my las Gu Gel after I finished and it seemed to make a really big difference - no muscle aches or twitches to report at all. I was very happily surprised.
