I just cut it into little flat squares and stir-fry it in a little canola oil and add some soy sauce after it's browned a little. Then serve it over rice. Gosh, it sounds much better marinated with the sesame oil and garlic like KnottedYet suggested. I'll have to try that!
Somewhere I have a recipe for a sandwich filling made with tempeh. I haven't tried it yet though.
