I seem to have developed a sweet spot that starts around 5 miles. Must take me a couple of miles to develop a rhythm. I don't know if this will carry far enough to my 12k (first weekend in May) to make my lofty goal pace of 9:30, it's pretty hilly. I guess I can do a little hill prep in the next couple of weeks, but I don't want to sabotage my fresh legs, either.![]()
