MP and I are enjoying a nice Fetzer Gewurtz before I start the pre-ride carboload pasta dinner. Baked ziti with Black Forest ham and sundried tomatoes. Grilled aspergrass on the side. Edamame hors duvers.

Major ****inson coffee so she'll ride like Lance.

She cannot ride like Lance! She'll get to the rendezvous too early!

    You didn't look far enough:

A Permanent is like a brevet but you can ride it any time, not just on one specific date. Like brevets, routes can start and finish in the same location, but they can also run point-to-point, and can be any distance of 200km+ (100-199km for a Permanent Populaire). Permanents are open to any RUSA member. They can be ridden alone or with a group.

SK, give MP my very best wishes for a safe and warm (if not dry ) day tomorrow !

Fetzer Gewurtz, yummers. You do know how to treat your friends right.

Spazz, keep looking around the RUSA site, they describe permanents in there. You're a smart girl, I know you can find it.
