Well, I figure I'd start on here. My father is a bodybuilder and has put me on a fairly strict eating plan as I've been biking my butt off but it keeps following me even though I'm thought I was watching what I eat. Reading all your posts about losing weight makes me so envious. Everyone around me knows how hard I'm working and I'm at a strong 207 Thank goodness I'm almost 5'8 and I carry it well but it's still too much. I was only 165 when I met DH plus a baby will do it to ya
Anyway, I'm on week one of this plan and we'll see how it goes. Looking at my father who is getting ready to compete, I trust him!
