Was chatting with a gentleman in my spinning class last night. He is with BBTC and very involved in the preparations for LRRH. He told me that there are already more than 1200 ladies registered. That was the total that attended last year, even with the same day registrations. He is encouraging everyone to pre-register and even make arrangements for early packet pick up to avoid the madness on the day of the ride. So if you have been putting off registering I would recommend doing it. No cap was mentioned but I would not be surprised if next years ride has a cap.

Anyhow, I made a comment that with that many riders I was going to make sure to leave on the ride early so I could avoid the crowd. Turns out he is in charge of the first rest stop and immediately said he would make sure the rest stop was ready earlier than planned so anyone that wanted to leave early could. Those guys at BBTC sure do take great care of us!!
