Weighed in this morning ... 191.5 (gulp). Only a pound more than last week before leaving for a vacay in Vegas.
Got in two good rides there; a 5.5-hour combo ride-to-trailhead-and-technical-climbing mtn sufferfest and then a two-hour road climb in Red Rock Canyon.
MUST lose at least 2.5 pounds a week for the next four weeks, doing the Kokopelli trail! Trying to ride or get to the gym daily, but it's still COLD... 40 right now and I'm late for work, driving is much faster. If it doesn't rain, I'll try to bike it tomorrow, 10-14 miles each way dep on route. And a 110-mile two-day tour of Yellowstone planned for this weekend before they open the route to cars ...

My goal is 119 by May 1.
Even with my Easter chocolate binge I still lost weight. I am actually not interested in losing weight, I am content where I am.
I have been a lot thinner and it is not a look I care for...too many bones and no curves (on me). Anyhoo, I am working on increased muscle definition and decreasing my body fat %. The numbers are not going up, which is good. It looks as though it may be time to increase my weight training.
