ME TOO!

Maybe it's just the time of year (student, last week of school, 8-jillion projects due), but I'm just exasparated with my hunger. YES I have started training harder in running, riding (horse) and cycling, but this is just irrational: I'm gaining weight like nothing else--the nurse weighed me at my last physical and I just about fainted at the number.

I recently found out I'm allergic to wheat gluten. I thought cutting that out would help me lose some weight. Since then I've just been more hungry, and lord if I know why.

I only eat healthy foods... rice cakes (plain) with (real) peanut-butter and yogourt for snacks, fish for dinner, veggie/egg sandwich for lunch, apples/pears/oranges/carrots when I'm feeling hungry for no reason, and the odd piece of dark chocolate if I'm really craving it.

I don't eat a -lot- to begin with, but fast metabolism isn't in my genes, and if I'm still gaining, obviously it's still too much. Gah!

Glad to know I'm not the only one confused and frustrated!
