Too early today to know if it's a high energy or low energy day. Yesterday was low again, darn it. It was either the tomatoes or the cheese I had the night before. I'll have to wait for the energy to be back again before I try the tomatoes again. I hope it wasn't them!

Low energy here - going through that wonderful time of life that hits us in or around our 50's......and never know what to expect from this body from one day to the next.

It's hard to go on much of a bike ride when I can't be more than 50 ft. from a bathroom at any given moment. *insert pouty face here*

    Hey Chick!

I had a Luna Bar (Smores) and a V8Fusion for breakfast. I ought to be plenty energetic this morning. Look out bees!

It is so foggy here in the AM lately, I feel like I'm in SF!

Ok, who wants mushrooms sauteed in olive oil, butter, and garlic; scrambled eggs with cheddar; home fries; and coffee?

Back when I was in high school I would send notes to my friends like this. One good friend would love to do this too,TD. It got to the point though we would write (warp) before one so as not to confuse the other people we sent notes to. Of course this happend while trying to send her a note 30 pages long as a joke . Lots of warps for that many pages .

TD-Look what an innoncent question did!

Nothing is special about Amarillo. I think singers just think it sounds like a beautiful place. The town is flat and dry and flat. Now Austin is a Texas town to love!

I got a birthday present from my in-laws last night. My birthday was February 17. Who complains about $50 to the Cheesecake Factory though?

I've been going to the gym for 4 years, started doing core exercises for the past month. I'm 5'6" 120lbs. I need to build muscles badly if I want to be a good biker.

Going to eat nachos tonight at Boston Pizza, need protein... Ha, Ha!
