Hey guys.. i really like the spin instructor that teaches on fri but not sure if i should go since i'm doing the cindy on sat.
i just went to spin this am.. oh and she's pretty hard and she's got us working on strength building..

Not this year... I haven't spend enough time in the saddle since Christmas for it. In addition, I think that I will be working all weekend trying to get stuff together for a conference that I leave for a week from Monday
