    I generally only have the time get do road riding on the weekend but during the week I spin on a trainer stand, run, and swim. I'd love to get more road rides in, perhaps after work on those long summer nights.
    I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...

    I walk 5 to 10 miles a day at work...doing my job. Most days I'm pretty pooped when I get home so I stare wistfully at my trainer.

    That's as far as it gets...

    If I ride, it's on the weekend.

    As for worrying... no discrimination here. If I worry I do it 24/7
    no regrets!

    ahhhh you gals make made me laugh Well, I aslo work out 4 days a week, usually after work, including 2 spin classes a week and weights. But most would agree that nothing sabstitutes biking outside. Unless, of course, you have other sports that you like more.
