The software your friend found sounds very helpful.

As she responds using my DELL computer! hehe.

I agree with SKnot too. I used to work as a tech for IBM years ago. 'Nuff said.

Ah another glorious gloomy day in the valley. At least the rain brought the temps down from 80. It is only supposed to reach a chilly 64. Still above average, yet so much better than the 78-80 weather we have been having.

I have cleaned, exercised, showered, made the French dessert for Twin A's (aka DS#2) French class, and I am about to sit down and enjoy a snack and read a book.

I hope everyone has a relaxing day,

My grandmother got a new computer a couple of years ago. The second day she called me up in a panic. "Susie, the screen went black!"

"Did you try moving the mouse?"

"Oh." (It was the screen saver.)

Then she discovered the games. She played hearts a lot. One day she called up and said, "I don't really know the rules, but I must be getting pretty good because I always take all the hearts and I always have the highest score." *drum goes da dum dum*

my dad tried to use the computer once.... and only once... not only was it to much for the ol' farm boy, his fingers were to big for the keyboard. he just laughed and said it was fine with him.

    Yummm... peppermint patties!

Did you know that Peppermint Patties are a "low fat food?" It's true... it says so right on the package!

I bet that means they are a healthy and good-for-me taste sensation!

Where oh where is everyone? I know many of you are in California. Have a wonderful time.

It is not just raining here, it is a solid sheet of rain. So much for gardenig today. Guess I shall be an indoor slug instead.

Hi, bikemom! I'm here, at least for a check-in.

It's house cleaning day, and the weather is nice - we have a yard full of overgrowth to tame!! And, if we get enough of the chores done, we should be able to go for a ride. yay!

DH seems to have a bit of a cold, though, so we'll see what we can do....

    next up - weigh in.

I bet you have some great indoor stuff you'll get done today! Make the most of it,

    Hugs & butterflies,

I'm here BMo3. But I'm about to head out. Have to drop my truck off at the garage and DH and I will go for a ride while it's being fixed. It's raining here too but only lightly and it's not raining in The Dalles where we have to take our truck. So we'll be riding in the desert again today.

    I'll be checking in later.

It does feel like the halls are empty and there's an echo in here.

LBTC and Wahine-have wonderful rides today. The rain has forced to to do the dreaded spring cleaning of the closets. *sigh* My yard really needs work. Maybe tomorrow? One can hope.

LBTC-you have sounded much more energetic, I am glad.
