    OMG, my co-workers are talking about American Idol. How do people get so caught up in that? It's just karaoke with a live band.

    I have a friend whose diabetic, high blood pressure husband didn't know that there's like a million milligrams of sodium in cup-a-noodles. Is anyone really that clueless??

    I know someone who thought that Goldfish crackers were good for you because they're "vegetarian" and he would lose weight.

    Even if we really aren't defining thread drift (aka TD), I think we're giving a fine example of it.
