Mimi, didn't get a chance to visit with you at Redhook, so I must make amends. Perhaps you'll be be kind enough to show me the difference between merry, marry, and mary?

    Mary
Yes, Mary, I would be most happy to do that. You know where to find me. We'll be having a merry time.

So, will we be wandering around the Expo, shouting "Amici Veloci my azz!" at full volume toward complete strangers (who might just accidentally be wearing a red turtleneck which looks a bit like a buff, etc...)?

    This could be fun!!!

Knot, that would embarrass your DS!
poor kid, I can see him quivering and red with embarrassment. Oh gosh,
my younger son used to walk 50 feet in front of us when we had to take him places!

I hope to be ther on Sunday. I will bring along my camera! I am so excited about finally meeting many of you gals! And what's with this dang weather? I want to start putting massive miles on my road bike but so far the weather has been un co-operative. And in two weeks we go to day light savings time! Three weeks early this year! After work rides will begin soon! Joy, jubilation, happy dance

And here is a picture of me and Bob Roll taken at the 2005 Bike Expo!
Hubby caught me unprepared when he snapped this one. I had a sort of weird expression on my face. Oh well . . .

LOL Yes, it looks like he caught us both unprepared! Bobke came in on a motorcycle if I remember correctly. And when he took his helmet off he did not "fix" his hair! He is a very nice man. I really enjoyed meeting him and chatting with him. It was the highlight of my 2005 Bike Expo!

I was already planning on going to the expo on Saturday, because I can't wait! I went for the first time last year and had such a good time. Sounds like many of you will be there on Sunday, and it would be fun to meet you in person. I may just go both days because the weekend pass is a deal, and just because!

Only one week until the Bike Expo! I found a floor plan of the bike expo booths and marked CROC (Century Ride of the Centuries booth #230) and RCC (Redmond Cycling Club booth #421). I told my hubby we were going this year and he replied, "We are?" Silly guy!

    I got it from Cascade Bicycle Club's web page . . .

    http://www.cascade.org/EandR/expo/fl..._floorplan.cfm

just click on the map to see a larger view. I just right clicked and saved it to my computer then added the booth info. There was a link to the floor plan from the exhibotor's page

I'm excited about going this year.

Ooh! Thanks, Susan, for the map. Yay! This year we're closer to the bathrooms! I think we're all going to wear cowboy hats in the CROC booth. Can't wait to see everybody. (Oh, I will have my AV buff on.)
