+1 on the blahs.
I tried to run at lunch. Kept it to the dreadmill so I could bail if things weren't going well and they didn't. I planned 1:15 and I did 0:33. Legs were heavy and I can still feel congestion in my chest. Worst of all was that I got dizzy. Not normal treadmill dizzy, more like I'm going to fall over dizzy. So I quit at 3.3 miles and called it a day.
I'll be heading off to bed soon.
