Our credit is fine. We took care of that right away. It's kind of amusing to see where they are trying to get credit though.
The guy is still staying in the apartments next to us though. He was getting evicted yesterday, but his car was there this morning. I know innocent until proven guilty and all that... but in my mind, my stuff in his apartment says it all.
So he must have a "friend" living in another apartment over there. Friend to me means probably an accomplice. Even if they didn't have a hand in, they most likely know about it. Knowing and doing nothing about it, makes you just as guilty in my mind.

So glad to hear that the police finally took action. It's good that you were able to get some of your stuff back. It must be awful for you to know who took your stuff and seeing them freely roaming around your neighborhood. My vote is for you to schedule that Hawaii trip for next Christmas
