It was rainy and blustery here yesterday. Did an hour on the trainer. Avg - 15.4. Forcast says we're supposed to have rain for 10 more days.

I did about 6-8 miles on the mountain bike. That took about 1.5-2 hours since I am complete newbie. Most of it was a fire road, but we tried a little of the "real" trail. I took a spill and have battle scars to show for it!
