    Way to go Wahine!!

Wow! Good for you for getting out into the weather.
DH and I were off telemarking but the weather was windy, cold, no sun about, so we turned ourselves about and demo'd our fireplace instead.
Heaving a sledgehammer and hauling brick must count for something- at least I hope!
Swimming tonight- now there is no way I'll jam out since you were ( are ) such a trooper!
Thanks for the motivation- hopefully I can pass some your way soon

    Glad that's over

I finished my 3:53:25 ride, including breaks. It was wet, cold and windy. Another sufferfest worthy of Ironman training. I came home, had my chocolate milk, showered and brought my feet back into the land of the living and promptly passed out for about 1 hour. Now I'm pigging out and I have to go clean my poor bike.

My bike mileage this week: 167.1 km or 104.4 mi - Yiiiipppppeeeee

    Thanks for the help everyone.

    Wahine/Yoda,
    Sorry I missed this thread!

The only advice I can give you in a time like this... Concentrate...feel the Force flow. Yes. Good. Calm, yes. Through the Force, things you will see. Other places. Other races. The future...Wahine crossing finish line no? The force lies strong within you... Ironwoman you!

    Something is very wrong here:

The best part about going up hills is riding back down!
