isles of scilly,its still british,the people smile,pace of life,climate excellent,everything is very small,the sea is breathtakingly clear ,little use for cars,and ..........heaven.

OK, my top spots are:
1. Fredericksburg, Texas
2. San Marcos, Texas
3. Natchitoches, Louisiana
4. Kahului-Wailuku, Hawaii
5. Mountain Home/Bull Shoals, Arkansas
