Tygab, yup, he will probably come along to Lake Placid! I bet he'd love to kayak or canoe (as well as hike), so I'll have to look into renting something for us. He won't be able to do long-distance bike rides, but I'm sure he wouldn't mind if I went on one decent ride without him if I include him in other stuff we do.
Although I might have to change my assignment if I get the female change tent.
And nope, I haven't gotten my assignment yet.
Tri girl, he lives an hour away from me now, but we actually started chatting because he's planning to move to my town later this year. Although I suspect he'll be moving here sooner than that now.
