Ok I guess I fit the priss catagory - I shave my legs and pits - even bikini line. (Not becuase of rash clean up, but because leg hair is GROSS) I wear makeup (light) in everyday life - but I do not put it on special for bike rides. I wear pink, even when I'm riding. I would NEVER snot rocket; I color coordinate, on and off the bike. I use deodorant and perfume. I love pedicures and manicures and facials - but I don't do any of this in prep for a bike ride. I keep my hair long so I won't look like a boy - I like skirts and skimpy dresses.....
