Yeah, the same!
My office is upstairs at home, his office is downstairs. We can communicate about work issues during the day in 3 different ways:
1) Phone each other (we have 2 phone lines)
2) email each other- (we do this all the time)
3) step into the hallway where there is an open grate heating vent between the floors and talk through it- you can see plainly through the grate too. This is especially appealing when I'm wearing a dress.![]()

Dh and I share an office. We each have an L shaped desk and they take up the end of the room. I sometimes email him or invite him to chat even though he's close enough to touch.![]()

We work together, too, and yesterday my DH left for 4 nights to visit his parents in Palm Springs for his father's 80th b'day. Yahoo!!! They all thought I was so wonderful to opt to stay at home and run the business so that he could go. Works well for all of us!
