Who was it that said something about it being old ladies' privilege and duty to be cranky. Maybe because they know more than the rest of us and haven't got time to waste on foolishness. Just got SKnot his b'fast (scrambled eggs with cheese, a sausage, hot cocoa) and now I'm eating mine at the computer.

The dog brought me his treat ball and dropped it by my chair like he's saying, "hey, put some eggs in here!" Cheese and eggs are even better than potaoes and almonds!

Trek wants to see my xmas tree, so I'm leaving it up for 3 more weeks! I win! (actually, the dog wins, cuz he's been plucking candy canes off the tree and eating them. I thought i got all the candy canes off, but he keeps finding new ones)

Mom called, she was having breakfast and waiting for the doctor to come in. Hopefully he won't take all day, and she'll be home by lunch. Otherwise she'll be even crankier!

I'm giddy today. Too little sleep, too much sugar, too many plans, and too much time in between now and then.

X i love biking in the snow. its so much fun. now is usually the time i get to bike alot, though we have had much more snow then in past years. at least this time of the year i don't have to compete with bears.

kit glad your in a giggle mood. good luck with everything. it will turn out just fine. (((big hugs))) trust me time will fly now that your looking fwd to something. believe me, i'm looking fwd to going back into town again, not for the second surgery and being drugged on v-day, but for the girl time that i get. AND i'm getting my hair done. always feels good to get my hair done. trying out a new girl, the one that does my friend's hair. her hair always looks great so we'll see how it goes.

Trek: What was the undoglike snack that Koko was fond of? Was it almonds? Or strawberries? Or both? Or something else? Do you remember? I'm getting old and not only cranky but also forgetfull.

I don't recall, just that she had a passion for tennis balls and would go anywhere and do anything to get one.

Cranky mom is home - not really cranky right now, just tired. I've sent her off to bed. Chloe is being a good nurse and staying with her.
