Okay, here goes

Down 0.4 pounds in the week as of Jan 20/ down a total of 2.2 pounds since Jan 1. The good news is the rest of the numbers

Fat %age Jan 1 29.4 / Jan 20 28.7 (it was as high as 29.9 in between!)
Muscle Mass Jan 1 91.6 / after dipping as low as 89.4 , Jan 20 back up to 90.8
Metabolic age Jan 1 32 / Jan 13 33 / Jan 20 31! Yay!
Combined inches lost on waist, hips, chest - 2.5

Starting Saturday, my workouts have been:

snowshoeing for a hard hour Saturday
25 minutes of bike on trainer, plus around 30 minutes of heavy bag work on Sunday
33 minutes of bike on trainer on Monday
around 70 minutes of heavy bag work tonight, including warmup and glute focussed cool down exercises
plan for tomorrow is light spin on trainer for at least 40 minutes to try to loosen the glutes
no idea what I'll be able to handle on Thursday and beyond
