I just don't know. I was down one pound on Saturday but today on my official weigh-in day, I was back up to my regular weight. I have been eating more conscientiously for almost 2 weeks and have very little to show for it. Last fall, I lost an average of 1-1/2 lbs a week. Anyway, I got back on the trainer yesterday and will force myself to ride again tomorrow and Thursday. See if more cardio will make a difference.
