No one else has started it, so I will. It's motivation for me knowing I'll post my progress on a forum.
So, this past week, I lost 2 pounds. Not as good as the previous week, but I didn't expect it to be and I blew my healthy eating diet over the weekend. I was just glad to stand on the scale and see I lost something.
I have a feeling next week's results aren't going to be great. I'm back at the weight I've maintained for about a year now, so I know getting off the extra few pounds is going to take motivation. I really need to start working out more. Last week I had 4 rides planned and only did 2![]()
