Don't be too discouraged by a half-pound. In a year, that's 26 pounds.Keep at it. Besides, bodies are weird. One week I lose nothing, then the next I drop a bunch.
My official weigh-in is tomorrow night, but preliminary reports suggest roughly a 5-pound loss. It's post period, and last week I had some water weight I believe that skewed my 1-pound loss as less than actual.
