    prayers for Bike Goddess

    She's OK!!!

But broke her elbow in three places. She's staying overnight in the hospital and being looked after by her good friend Dave.

I wasn't with her when it happened but the story goes ... there was a can in the bike path and while trying to avoid it, her tires got caught in a crevice in the road. In typical bikegoddess fashion she insisted that the girls help her take off her jacket so the medics wouldn't cut it. That must have hurt! Gotta love her!

I'm sure she will post more details in a few days but I wanted to ask you all to send positive vibes her way for a speedy recovery!

I imagine she is pissed off that she will be off the bike for awhile. Sending healing thoughts your way BG!!!
    Cheers!

Sorry to hear this. I can empathize as I had a radial head fracture a few years ago. Sending healing thoughts to bikegoddess.

WOW! How scary. Breaking an elbow... must be very painful. I can't even imagine.

Please send her my warmest thoughts and wishes for speedy recovery.
