I guess I've been kicked off of this thread. Rode yesterday and today I'm going to do a dry land, low resistance strength training session with DH and my goal is to make him cry and ask for mercy. And I'm lovin' it.

Actually, I'm pretty proud that I did not workout for 3 days in a row and did not get in the least bit anxious about it. But that was then...
Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,

I'm still a bum. BF isn't and now he's paying the price. lol
I've got a sunburnt, stiff and sore man in the house.
Thats what he gets for going out running at 9am on a BRIGHT and sunny day and not finishing until 11am and not wearing sunscreen or stretching!!!!
