Gypsy,
You are more than welcome! We defintely need more people to weigh-in.![]()
Congrats on the loss! That's great. But get back at it so that you don't keep sliding back to where you were. The only thing worse than gaining back 10 pounds is gaining 11, then 12. You can do this, girl! And we're all here for you.
I still need to lose something like 80 pounds, and if I am able to do that I'll still be considered an athena. So I definitely know how it is when you have so far to go. It's tough sometimes to avoid getting discouraged and at times it's scary. But I try to just focus on getting to the next week.

I personally am tracking my calories and exercise and striving for 55% carbs, 20-25% fat and 20-25% protein. In the spring when the season starts, I'll probably go for 60-20-20.
I also attend T.O.P.S. meetings, which are the nonprofit version of Weight Watchers. Oh, and I exercise 6 days/week for a total of about 8-9 hours/week and am working with a personal trainer who is a cyclist.
That scale was dead on -- I had a weeklong bingefest.I am SO glad your scale was wrong at the gymBut it was that time of the month, so some may have been water weight, etc. In any case, I'm glad that's over.
