Thanks for the welcome, kelownagirl. The 40 lbs I lost was over last winter and as it has started creeping back on again I need to stop it. Plus as I said I still have another 50 to go.![]()
My favorite exercise has become cycling. Last winter I did a spin class and weights.
I'm a firm believer in doing whatever plan works best for you. I can't knock anyone elses food choices or diet plan if it works for them. We are all different and what works for me may not work for everyone. I'm not familiar with sparkpeople but I'm going to look it up out of curiosity.

I have lost all the weight I plan to lose. I do not have any desirte to go any lower. My size 6s look fine to me.
I am merely focusing on maintaining and hopefully building more lean muscle. I have been maintaining for 3/4 of a year now. It is wonderful, With all I burn off, I need to consume about 2200 calories.
So I definitely know how it is when you have so far to go. It's tough sometimes to avoid getting discouraged and at times it's scary. But I try to just focus on getting to the next week.
But it was that time of the month, so some may have been water weight, etc. In any case, I'm glad that's over.
