Can anyone join the weigh-in threads? I lost 40 lbs from last Oct through March. Haven't lost any since then (in fact gained about 10 lbs) and am getting back to losing again. I would like to lose another 50-60 lbs over the next year.
What do you all do to help your weight loss? Are you on an organized plan or just eating healthy and exercising? I follow Weight Watchers and exercise.
Hopefully I'll have a loss to report next week.
